kebetulan sewaktu sarapan ada insiden anak saya kurang berhati-hati ketika berjalan dan sedang membawa piring berisi omelete. Kakinya tersandung kursi sehingga piringnya terjatuh dan pecah. seketika staff nya gercep membersihkan pecahan dan ikut menenangkan anak saya yg merasa takut dan malu. mereka langsung memberikan omelete pengganti.

2x balik kesini, kamar luas pelayanan oke. kebetulan kali ini 4D3N. Kemarin request dekorasi birthday tapi gadibuatin untung di upgrade ke deluxe gajadi kecewa hehe
Ada acara di ballroom di sini. Ruangannya nyaman, dekat dengan restoran. Menu buffetnya juga enak enak, kids friendly juga. Semua makanan di sini selalu enak
Hotelnya nyaman, strategis Deket dengan mal, banyak tempat kuliner di sekitarnya, kolam renangnya luas banget.. anak2 seneng banget renangnya
